Christmas Prime Rib and Tenderloin at same time?

Will be feeding  approx 15 people for Christmas dinner. At Thanksgiving, most preferred tenderloin over prime rib and 4 OR 5 of us prefer prime rib.

I'm thinking a whole tenderloin a 4-5 pound prime rib and doing a reverse sear on both. So they're both done at approx. the same time, would you start the tenderloin or prime rib first OR should they cook about the same time to get to 125ish and onto the sear?

Is 4-5 pound or prime rib too big for 4-5 people?

Thanks for weighing in.
