Hey guys,
Planning on a few cocktails tonight so I thought I'd cook these up on the mini. They are Bell & Evans wings. I'm cooking a steak later, I'll post that as well;

My wife got all excited because, from a distance, she thought these were doughnuts with a glaze.
I prefer them as wings.

Don't beat yourself up! In my opinion, wings are the toughest cook on the egg. Yours looked great.
