I can't believe the prices. 750 of Jim Beam for $3.65. That's crazy!"The pig is an amazing animal. You feed a pig an apple and it makes bacon. Let's see Michael Phelps do that" - Jim Gaffigan

Yep, it refers to the mail-in rebate based on the required purchases. The prices before rebate are usually better than I can find and with the after rebate prices it's almost like they're paying you to drink (-:Stillwater, MN

So I go to Costco, am I getting ripped off at $18.00 to $22.00 per LB in the Chciagoland area? Were talking beef here, right? It's awesome, but I'm starting to get mad hereChicago, IL BGE XL BGE Mini Webber Charcoal / Elmhurst, IL

Costco in SoCal sells a prime "extreme peeled" tenderloin that is in that price range and worth every penny. The side muscles and all fat and silverskin are removed, and there is almost zero waste.

Peeled vs unpeeled is usually pretty close based on usable weight. We bought them unpeeled and used the chain for mixing into our ground for burgersColumbus, Ohio--A Gasser filled with Matchlight and an Ugly Drum.
