My Thanksgiving Bird, spatched on LBGE

There was a lot of talk on how big a bird you could spatch on a LBGE. My bird was 20.82lbs and a big bone in breast(not sure of weight). I have a rig and a rig extender from CGS that I used for the setup. I took the whole bird and had to de wing it to get it to fit, but after that it fit nicely on the top rack. On the middle rack I spatched the breast and put the wings from the whole bird and on the lower rack I had the CGS oval stone for indirect cooking. Both cooked in roughly the same time, the breast was a little faster on the lower rack. I pulled them at 155 degrees in just over 2.5 hours at 350 degrees. had a thermoworks dot in each one. Turned out nice. That is my dads egg, he has had it for 5 years and this was the second cook on it, hes 86.

Eggcellent audible right there.  Way to maximize the available cooking surfaces.  Congrats.
