First cook on the new XL w/ modular nest

Got the new XL with modular nest on Wednesday--assembled it, and fired it up for Thanksgiving.  Love the new modular next--it feels very well made.  The stainless insert is very thick and easy to wipe down to keep clean.  

I did a double-smoked, 20 lb ham for the local meat market...along with a turkey breast roast.  I was only cooking for two this year...and it looks like I'll be eating ham for a while, haha.
