Has been awhile since I have done prime rib, forgot how much I missed it...

It is hard to find a better rub than Montreal Steak Seasoning for Prime Rib. Bonus points for the Rosemary....outrageous said:

Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint. -
prime rib was 6.5 lbs. temp was 320 time was approx. 2.5 hrs. or so. it probed on ends 145-150 and middle approx. 120.. used apple chips, just because i had some handy.lousubcap said:That is how to bring it home.
