connection flame boss

hi
Anyone else having trouble connecting to flame boss? I assume they are inundated because of thanksgiving traffic - I can't get my phone connection or online login to work.

Based on past experience, I assumed my FB wouldn't connect today. This has happened on other heavy traffic bbq days e.g. 4th of July, etc.
Tried connecting in AP mode and that didn't work either. Was able to setup the FB in AP mode, but couldn't connect with it via the iPhone app.
Not that big of a deal. Their service has been top notch over the years, so its a minor inconvenience IMO. I could do with more walking out to check temps anyways
