A Non-Thanksgiving post!

In the CI dutch oven, I sauteed onion and garlic, then some fresh HOT italian sausage.. added fennel and fresh thyme, white wine, and some grape tomatoes...

Isn't it pretty??



Added in the clams and onto the small egg we go...



Here the clams are opening~



Served on a nice big platter with fresh linguine and grated romano cheese~

I used canned chopped clams and small fresh clams since I couldn't find the size clams I wanted at the market.

Winner winner, sausage and clam dinner! This recipe scores a 10!
