Spaghetti and meatballs

I was craving meatballs but the wife vetoed subs, so spaghetti and meatballs was the compromise. I smoked the meatballs at 350 with cherry because I was out of oak and it gave them a nice red brown color. I pulled them at about 140 and and tossed them in with penne and sauce and topped with mozarella and parmesan and put back on the egg at about 425 for about 30 minutes. Pretty simple and pretty good. The family liked the smoke on the meatballs more than the usual. And I held some meatballs back for a sub for me for lunch tomorrow.

I'd crush that not so spaghetti and meatballs. I don't care if he named it incorrectly.
