Stuffed Flank Steak

Options
This was a flank steak I seared on my LBGE.  Direct heat at 500, 3 minutes a side quarter turns.  I pulled the steak, put my plate setter on, and put back on until medium rare temp.  Stuffed with cooked spinach, kalamata olives, feta cheese, sundried tomatoes and minced garlic.
