Boston Butt on the Large. Set temp at 280, wrapped in foil the last two hours or so, and pulled at 190. Sorry no pics of the final version due to multitasking at the time. Also, I let it rest for 45 min. in a cooler before pulling and serving for dinner. The Mini had Dutch Oven Baked Beans to start and then a BlackBerry Upside Down Cake in my skillet. All turned out great and no complaints from the family. Well, I forgot the Ice Cream for the cake, but all was forgiven.
