anyone have bruces phone number or email so i can start a warranty claim please

Not trying to be a smart a$$, but have you checked with your local dealer? Dealers and distributors are tasked with handling warranty claims. Egg will cover if both of those fail to do their jobs, but if everybody here starts circumventing that system, who knows what will happen.

My dealer stopped selling eggs about 2 years ago and closest to me is 80 miles away. So I was trying to keep from making several trips that distance

I gave my dealer a picture of the cracked top, and a copy of my receipt from 2015. He then ordered the new XL top. It was pretty easy, and I could have e-mailed both if he needed it digitally. He said they would let me know when it comes in.

Granted, I dunno your exact location but I just looked at the BGE website and there are 5 BGE dealers within 50 miles of Hot Springs, VA. 4 Gold level dealers and 1 bronze level. If I move out to 100 miles there are around 3 dozen most of them Gold level. Have you looked at the dealer locater on the BGE website? Yes it’s a long trip and I have been to 3 of the dealers. Not with a problem I have now just collecting accessories.

Send the closest dealer an email with your claim and ask if they can handle this,or, give them a call and ask
