I'm confused, Dwayne.  You always seem to sleep pretty well at Brisket Camp.

Brisket cook night always seems to be a sleepless one. I’ll have to watch the alcohol intake today to make sure I see the LSU-Bama game.

It sucks. I’ve been up at 3am most nights lately.

Me too, but I've cracked the code. It seems that while Bourbon is very delicious and helps me fall asleep quickly, my body metabolizes it and turns it into a stimulant after a few hours. I gave up the sauce for a week and slept like a baby. Had a few cocktails last night after work and didn't sleep worth a damn. It's hell getting old.
