    Looks good to me. 

     2 days is a long marinade, though.  What did you use?

    That looks delicious!! I'm lucky if I plan a meal early enough to marinate for 4 hours, much less 24! Commercial marinade or homebrew?

    Thanks for the comments. It was a purchased marinade (presidents choice is a brand in Canada)
