Anyone Have a Good Hatch Chile Powder Source?

Hatch Chile powder is a weird thing. The best of it is mind-blowing, but most of it is lackluster. I used to order from a site that had amazing Hatch powder, but it seems to have gone dark. Does anyone have a recommendation for another vendor?

Not a powder but Costco has a jar of hatch chili's that is quite good. Make your own?

Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

Savory Spice sells it as well. You can get it on their website.

I have not had hatch powder from The Chile Shop in Santa Fe but everything I have had has been top notch. Very true to taste. Not even sure they have it but you have piqued my interest. I checked and they have 3 heat levels so maybe it’s a mix. The jalapeño powder is awesome.

Seriously doubt you'll taste a difference in powder from Hatch or regular from NM or CO. just saying
We like to purchase the chili pods and some ristras as well as the ground down red and green chile powder from New Mexico. I would agree that there are some palatable differences if you are talking about roasting fresh Anaheim Chili Peppers. Moreover I would always prefer to be able to choose which Heat I want from the pepper and you can do that in both fresh and ground.LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL -
