Me too, but I've cracked the code. It seems that while Bourbon is very delicious and helps me fall asleep quickly, my body metabolizes it and turns it into a stimulant after a few hours. I gave up the sauce for a week and slept like a baby. Had a few cocktails last night after work and didn't sleep worth a damn. It's hell getting old.Michiana, South of the border.
