As all good ideas usually do, this one starts out with a well intentioned trip to Costco to buy random necessities, supplies for my nephew’s party, and wine to reload our fridge. Then I happened upon some chuck short ribs and thought why not. So here we go, again.

Rub is fairly simple, salt and pepper, then paprika for flavor and mustard powder for heat.DFW - 1 LGBE & Happy to Adopt More...

We use coarse salt and pepper rub. The paprika and mustard powder sounds interesting.
We serve with a spicy horseradish sauce on the side.

Saw both AF and Malcolm use hot sauce as binder and I have adopted the technique. Love it. -
