Busy Thanksgiving Weekend

Happy Thanksgiving to my fellow Canadian eggers.  Have been a busy boy this weekend pressing grapes as the family wine business is in full swing.  26 cases of Merlot Thursday night.  24 cases of Malvasia mixed with 12 cases of Thompson Friday nihht & Saturday.  Egging up a 13lb standing rib roast with a 27lb bird in the oven.  20 crazy Italians descending this aft.
