Does this rig fit on the LGBE? how’s it do for pizzas? I could definitely see some smash burgs cranked out on this.

    Hard to land dough on that small area. Handles may also get in way of peel.

    I have it, I've used it for pizza on the LBGE.  Tomorrow should I remember I will put it on and take pics for you.

    if i was using it for smash burgers i would probably cook on it upsidedown, no reason for the lip. an upsidedown skillet works too. and the skillet works for pizza as well.
