Sockeye supper

Last week I saw one of the fish markets in Minneapolis was taking orders for one of the last runs of Alaskan sockeye salmon.  Since I had just been thinking that I was in a protein rut and looking for a change the timing was perfect!

I cedar planked a couple portions with a crab stuffing & dusting of Raging River:

Served up with some roasted sprouts & bacon and grilled sourdough.

(Sorry for the poor phone pics.)

Now I have to plan out uses for the remaining 10lbs of filets.  :)
