7lb Pork Butt from the weekend

Rubbed with Wassi's Sweet and Smokey, over coal and pecan wood with a water pan to catch drippings. Fat cap up, 245 degrees for about 12 hours.  These were the only pictures I took, and it came out the best I've made.
