Well boys, cooked my first ever Cowboy Ribeye!

I'm a little late to the party, but hey, that's happens sometimes.
Bought it at Sam's. Not a bad price.

Hit it pretty hard with some Dizzy Pig Cowlick.

Raised direct at 400. It was good.

I've had that knife for ten years and it is by far my favorite knife ever. I bought it from a man on Ebay that made custom knives. His slogan was "every man needs a custom BBQ knife."
