Sam’s Club prime filets. Seasoned and rested on the counter 2 hours before grilling. Seasoned with Himalayan pink salt, kosher salt, Secret Salt, and cracked black pepper on all sides. Slow grilled Raised direct at 325*, then pulled and seared off direct at 650* until 125* IT.
