Hurricane Florence Cooking all Day

When we are in the mode of a hurricane-may-be-coming, I don’t usually decide to cook but today I have.  We may be evacuating Charleston on Tuesday and we are still going on with our dinner plans we made weeks ago- having friends over for dinner tonight and having my son and daughter-in-law over for dinner tomorrow.  In preparation (before thinking we might be evacuating) I bought a bone-in turkey breast (now dry brining in my fridge to cook low and slow in my combi steam oven), a flat brisket (braised in the oven “jewish style” then refrigerated over night and heated up for Rosh Hashannah), and 6 pounds of beef short ribs (smoked on my minimax).
