Simple, reliable and one of my favorite meals. Seasoned with Meat Church Holy Cow rub. Gotta love the mini!

Great, now I’m looking at getting a mini thanks to threads like this. I have a rainy day fund that sets money aside for my toys so I guess I’ll be letting it build up for a couple months to fund this.
I went almost 7 years with my large before become active on this forum and in just the past couple months not only have I spent a ton on accessories but I’ve also been using the egg more than ever. Now I’m looking at a second egg, thanks again..

Definitely gonna do it! I was looking at the mini max but I think I’ll grab a mini for now and figure out another size for a 3rd egg down the road. This hobby is cheap compared to my other addiction and since I make food for the family it’s a lot easier to sell my wife on these things. I’ll just tell her they are perfect for fish and she’ll ask how long until it arrives.fence0407 said:

Don't forget the Blackstone griddle while you're at it. I hear it's great for cooking fish...oh, wait:Cornholio said:
