Marinated 4 thighs in Nando’s Peri Peri Lemon Herb sauce. Smoked indirect at 250 with Post Oak for 2 hrs. Brushed on more sauce at 1 1/2 hrs into the cook. It was raining out so I tried out the Socket Box with the FB 300. Worked like a champ.

Thanks, the cabinet stores all
my accessories including the adjustable rig. -
Looks good!
Did you find the Nando's to be a sufficient marinade/glaze?
When I've tried this before, I had to enhance the flavor a bit with korean chilli paste (which turned into a fusion dish). -
There are several sauces that I have used with low to high heat. I try to keep the marinade mild for my wife and the use the hotter sauces for dipping. I will eventually make my own marinade and use the Nando’s for basting and dipping.
