I built a table and wondered what to do with my nests ? Any luck on selling them or is it not worth the trouble.

No didn't keep mine. I was able to give mine back to my dealer for a slight loss and got a table nest and other goodies in exchange. I saw no need in keeping mine.LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL

I'd hold on to it. You'd be surprised how many people go to a table than back to the nest. It's also nice if you were ever to travel with the BGE. The nest comes in handy. You might get $40-$50 for the nest. It's usually one of the first things people sell BGE related. So not a whole lot of demand for them."The pig is an amazing animal. sold mine on craigslist for $50Richmond and Mathews County, VA. Large BGE, Weber gas, little Weber charcoal. Vintage ManGrates. Little reddish portable kamado that shall remain nameless here. Very Extremely Stable Genius.

Don’t know what size egg you have but certain sized nests fit a cooler pretty well. Rolling cooler that you don’t have to bend over to get anything out of it...
Also, if your table is wooden, you might want the nest as a backup for the times you need to restain/reseal your table. -

Gave it to my father in law, I think he uses it 90% of the time to get a heater that attaches to a propane tank off the ground and make it easier to move around when he’s working in his shop or under their carport.

Sold mine on Craigslist for $50, wish I’d have kept it. The table takes up too much room in my garage and I’d rather have the egg back on the nest!Stuart

Tables take up a lot of room. Tables are easy to sell. Then you go back to nest to make room for new cookers like the gravity feed I just built. Can’t have enough cookers. He who has the most cookers “wins”!!
