First spatchcock chicken and Mac n Cheese

Did my first spatchcock chicken today and mac n cheese on the egg. Rubbed the chicken with olive oil and applied my rub, cooked indirect at 350 and pulled it off when the IT was 165 and thighs were 175. Added some pecan and apple wood chunks, it came out Awesome!,juice was pouring ourt of the breast, my Mac n cheese was good smoke was a little over powering for my taste but my family loved it. Like to thank everyone on this sight for all your posts and tips, I am new to this and I credit all my success to everyone on here.
