Updated Grill Area
I have been riding motorcycles more and posting less. Sorry.
I went to the Arctic ocean this summer but mother nature said no. After enough rain and mud, I turned around being 700 miles short of the ocean. Next year...
Being I was going on a 30 day trip and was back in 9 days, I had some time to work on my new grill area.
It's still under construction but close enough to be using.
I should have some good cooks over the next few months before the snow hits.
Being in Minnesota, I built what I felt can be outside all winter without needing to be covered

That’s sound like a heck of an almost awesome vacay. Still the 9 days gone was probably cool experience anyway. New area looks great!

No, it's a Yamaha Super Tenere 1200. There are a lot of KLR 650s that make the trip north so it should be a great bike.I ride solo and need to carry every supply myself so I needed a bigger bike for the extra weight.
Last summer I made it to Inuvik. It was the end of the road. Canada opened the last 100+ mile stretch to the Arctic ocean late last fall.
