Morning All:

Had son, D-I-L & three grandsons over tonight for some "steak on a sword"...just about ready to come off...

Added some corn on the cob & for my much better half some roasted cauliflower...

Forgot a picture of the finished cauliflower, but did get the corn...

Love having two large Eggs to be able to do a cook like this without any problems!

Have a GREAT day!

    Morning @lentsboy007 --

For the cauliflower rubbed with olive oil & added some Dizzy Pig Mediterranean-ish & Shaking the Tree...Egg was running at 400 & the recipe called for cooking 30 to 35 minutes...at 35 minutes it wasn't quite done so I would recommend going 45 minutes...my much better half said it was very good (I wouldn't know as I don't eat cauliflower).

    Have a GREAT day!
