Golden West Food Group and Snake River Farms partner up and double down on American Wagyu Beef

I only hope SRF can maintain the consistent quality that us little guys can buy.   I guess this is just the next step following their expansion into the Costco Texas market with  SRF Black brisket. 

I see the consumer getting the short end of the stick here.  Hope I am wrong.  FWIW-

Edit :  I just got off the phone with a SRF sales manager.  He said that their direct to consumer warehouse and stock points will get first priority for order fullfilment.  GWFG will only be offering limited selections consistent with SRF's ability to fulfill following the consumer warehouse.  (Hopefully I was not just given the "party-line".  Time will tell.)
