Anyone have a good stuffed pepper recipe for the Egg? Thanks in advance

Never was a fan so I don't have any recipes. But the Search box turns up a bunch of stuffed pepper threads. Some have recipes, some just ingredient, some just have pics. Anyway, maybe it'll help.

Also, I usually find foodgawker helpful, though you have to adapt for the egg. Here are 1600 recipes.

Here's a link to discussion and recipe from 18 years ago. I have been fixing these for years now and it's a great recipe! BTW Gfw gave away his egg not too long after when he retired and moved to a high rise condo on the Gold Coast of Chicago.
