awesome meal! DP raging river, slow roasted over Rockwood 350 for 1 hour. 
You can’t get to Loganville, Ga from anywhere. You have to start somewhere else

Dang- great move off the normal protein offerings. The BGE does a great job with fish and you nailed it.
