Chocolate chip cookies egged.What say you

What does everyone think about this. I may try this if the rain holds off. Anything to watch for and can i use the aluminum pans for the oven?

    You can use your oven pans.  Best to use a neutral lump such as RW as baked items can pick up smoke.  Should work like in the oven and be great.  I'd put down parchment paper to facilitate clean up.

    I use aluminum pans and make individual mini cakes from cookie dough, then add a scoop of ice cream. Heaven.
    I never did cookies. When doing these, since they cook a bit longer, I keep an airgap as well. I do not know if it is needed or not as I have never cooked them without one.  If it ain’t broke....

    I always do them on parchment paper on a pizza stone, they come out amazing.

    We’ve used an air bake cookie sheet in our XL



    It it works fine.

    Thanks for the great advice. Great pics of cookies too.. The rain didn't hold off enough to do the cookies this time. Those cinnamon rolls look great too

    I have never let a little rain deter my egging. Snow for that matter either.
