Simple but delicious ... Chicken + Lettuce + Lemon

Chicken Tenderloins in your favorite marinade, (I did a marinade with Weber's White Wine & Herb). Hearts of Romaine Lettuce and a Lemon.

This is a very simple dish but it was so tasty and a big reason why I love my Egg. 

I cooked these Tenderloins direct high heat but cooked them high up with my Ceramic Components ... then I cooked the hearts of romaine lettuce direct to get it crisped up, fresh lemon squeezed over everything.  I'm not a a chef so look for simple things to make lol ... this is that.
