Since our (mine) BGE has arrived, I get to initiate it. I want to try Chubby's Chick's Chocolate Chip Kahlua Cake. The recipe doesn't state what kind of chips.....semi sweet, milk chocolate....does anyone know?[p]Wish me luck....[p]

    I don't know about her recipe, but the one by the very same name was attributed to Mrs. Squeeze and uses semi-sweet. I've made it several times and is it DELICIOUS!

    MRSAZRP[p]Whether it's Chubby's Chic's, Squeeze's...or the Man in the Moon's...they are all recipes for what have been "Dump Cakes"....siince the 1960's.[p]My mom made'm for us as kinds...,with chocolate and
    coconut in the middle. Then she would drizzle coconut rum on top (for the grown-ups)...as it cooled.[p]They're all box cakes.. with sour cream,instant puddings, and whatever flavorings you want.[p]The basic recipe is infinately customizable![p]They all work well in a Bundt pan, and there's a million
    of them around.[p]Hit the internet recpe sites...and enjoy!![p]Evans[p]PS..At EggsbytheBay..I think Ann used 6-8ozs of shaved Sharffenburger 90% Dark Chocolate.It doesn't have to be "Chips".[p]

    True...find me an orriginal recipe today and I will call your hand on it....lol. Anyway, another good substitute is the Andies chips that they have in the grocery store. It taste like a Girl Scout Cookie Thin Mint....mmmmmmm
