Smash Burger on my Camp Chef griddle

I have been hearing so much about Smash Burgers with griddles, so I had to try it.
I have to say this was one of the best burgers I had ever made. Extremely wet and not bloody at the same time.

I love grilled burgers but we did a kitchen remodel which included a new stove with a griddle. Throwing bacon, grilled onions, cheese, on a flattop smash burger is my new favorite way to cook hamburgers.
