    It all looks great!

    I'll never forget the first time I ever had avocado on a burger.  I was visiting my stepdaughter, son-in-law and family in northern California, and I have to confess that I have a chip on my shoulder about California, for some reason.  I just don't really want to like it, am always sort of mad at myself when I find something about California that actually is pretty cool.  Anyway, my son-in-law took me into San Francisco, and we went to some place I forget, but it was famous, apparently, and I had a burger, forget all what was on it, but definitely had a lot of "Jack" cheese (they didn't call it Monterey Jack, like we do out East), bacon, probably lettuce and tomato, not sure about mushrooms, but definitely sliced avocado.  And MAN that was good!  I still think about any burger with avocado on it (like your guacamole) as a "California burger," and it sure was some mighty find eating!

    I just cant like avocado. I have tried and tried. Same with cauliflower. Your burgers LOOK good, though.
