Mickey - no sugar like absolute zero (no lime juice, no molasses, no nothing?), or no added refined sugar?

If you were 8 inches taller you'd probably be underweight.
Good luck on your keto voyage, it does work well. Some people struggle like crazy to get off the carbs and fight against that the whole time. If you can beat the carb/sugar cravings it's pretty easy to stick to.
I found that I often had to eat a pile of shrimp sautéed in garlic at the end of the day to meet my macros. Not a bad way to end the day. Shrimp are like the fruit of the ocean. -

Do you want to use xyletol? That's what some use as a sweetener on low carb diets.
Most NC sauces are no sugar.
One part vinegar, ketchup and water.
Red pepper flake
Butter
Lemon juice
Black pepper
Salt

Do you live near a Kroger? This isn't homemade but I didn't notice it being very sweet at all. Not sure if it has any sugarRockwall, Tx LBGE, Minimax, 22" Blackstone, Pizza Party Bollore. Cast Iron Hoarder.

Mickey, here's a good recipe for Heinz ketchup. Has corn syrup (I have used honey instead) and granulated sugar though. Ketchup is sweet!Heinz Ketchup (Makes 1 ½ cups)
Ingredients
1 6oz can tomato paste
½ cup light corn syrup (or honey)
½ cup white vinegar
¼ cup water
1 Tbls sugar (you could try less or maybe leave out?)
1 tsp salt (I use 1/4 tsp)
¼ tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Combine ingredients in medium saucepan over med heat. Whisk until smooth.
When it comes to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 min, stirring often.
Cover until cool, then refrigerate.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

When it comes to the yin and yang sweet heat salt and tang...just use good balanced sauce, but less of it.BrandonQuad Cities

Here's an old one, from around 1770. No measures, so too taste:
Butter
vinegar (largish quantity)
sage
salt
red pepper
black pepper
One that has some molasses, which could be omitted,
SIMPLE 1830-ish (wesley jones)
butter
Onion, garlic, sauteed
salt
basil
sage
pepper
"kitchen pepper"
allspice
ginger
cloves
B & W peppers
nutmeg
"something else special ?thyme?"
coriander
Cider vinegar
Delete (molasses)
Might add some mashed dried dates to the above , if your diet allows sugars from fruits

This is one of my favorites.....you could leave the sugar out or use a substitute. From Myron Mixon
2 cups cider vinegar
1 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup hot sauce
2 tablespoons kosher salt
2 tablespoons fresh cracked pepper
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup sugar (or substitute)
Will keep up to a year.

Mickey - what are you cooking and are you looking for a sauce to slather on during the cook or a finishing sauce?
Can't remember who, but some kind soul on here posted up their recipe for shark attack sauce - it is a carolina sauce, sugar free and spectacular. Great for finishing, but not slathering. I suspect if you thickened it a bit with some whole 30 Sriracha (also no sugar) https://nomnompaleo.com/post/53690118029/whole30-sriracha you could use it as a cooking sauce.
