Two weeks ago I smoked a set of plate ribs to an internal of around 190.. I couldn't consume so I vacuum packed them and froze... They are now defrosted still vacuum packed... I am wanting to have them tonight.. Any suggestions on the warming process...

John.....noting wrong with putting them back on the egg indirect for a bit. I do this frequently when tailgating. They will not suck.
