Haha don’t I know it.   I’ve had my egg for about four years now.   I’ve just now changed the gasket and had to order a new fire box since my old one cracked.   It seems I find something new to buy every time I go in into ACE.

Welcome to the forum.  As you have quite a bit of run time, please share any insights here.  I'm sure you have some tips/tricks that will be of benefit to many here.  I'm all about the "frictionless conduit" approach- just pass it all on and someone will benefit.  FWIW-
And just because-  "Above all, have fun!"

I love cooking steaks on the egg!   Depending on thickness I usually do 600 direct 3 min on each side and then shut her down for 5 min.

No doubt.  My wife is eight months pregnant, so she wanted something green with it.
