    Love, love, love chicken gizzards. Have always fried. Will try it on the egg next time. Also may try boiling in water like someone commented - less grease I imagine. Thanks!

    I do turkey and chicken both without water. 
    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

    Boil them first, even pressure cook them.  Then egg them, no rubber bands
