Tamarind-glazed wings

Options
Decided to make some wings last night.  Cornstarched them in the fridge for a while, then used a rub that was mostly a basic homemade rub, but with the last bit of some Raging River and some Jamaican Firewalk.  Smoked with apple for a couple of hours at 200, then raised the temp to about 350 and glazed with tamarind sauce.  Very tasty!
