Thanks @WeberWho . going to put it together tonight. I sold two larges to make room (and make it a zero cost venture). I kicked around selling my older XL and using the proceeds from the larges to buy just one XXL, but decided it would be so big I wouldn't use it enough to make it worth trading in 2 Ls and 1 XL for it. I like the idea of 2 XLs better.

Congratulations!! Wow, two XLs. Nice. You can cook up a load of food with that much grid space. Get some multilevel options and you can feed an army!! good choice against the xxl. You have more options this way as you stated.
