That is pretty far off, you can always come to the Georgia Mountain Eggfest in mid-May. I have cooked at both, the Ga Mtn eggfest is the better event imo--nicer setting, tasters interested in what you cooked and how you cooked it, free Friday night meet and greet, etc. John puts on a great event--link here:
