Neighbor Shared some Wild Caught Pig Back

My neighbor down near Gatesville, TX share some pig back from a pig he trapped recently. Said it was disturbing the cows...
First time, cooked it like a pork loin. One wrapped in bacon, one with a rub. No game flavor, turned out great! Raised direct around 400.
It was a great weekend with friends from a far visiting and teaching them about the Egg at The Farm....
