Reward for me and the missus.

After 3 days tent camping with 2 kids and sleeping on rocks, I decided to reward the missus and myself. So I went and bought a couple of prime steaks (1 filet and one strip) cooked at 650 degrees for about 3min per side and based on someone else’s recommendation on here made some Hasselback potatoes to go with. Also grilled some garlic clove bread and started and finished with a couple gentlemen jack’s. All in all not a bad way to end a Saturday evening.

Great result and I truly hope this is not the "end of a Saturday evening." After that cook, you certainly deserve a Happy Ending but I will leave the definition to the beholder.

Haha I didn’t even notice that. It’s one of many bird feeders my wife has around outside.

I didn’t. I was gonna try but it was already 7ish when I got the coals lit so I didn’t want to eat dinner at 9ish
