OT-1st year making maple syrup

Been collecting sap from 17 of the trees in our yard for 6 days. Collected about 115 gallons of sap. Today I started to boil on a home made evaporator using a turkey fryer. Evaporating about 3 gallons per hour. Might be here awhile. 

Will be back to square one when I collect sap tomorrow.  But we are having a blast with the kids.
