Loading up the Large

Got some friends stopping by the house today so I decided to load up the large with a 10lb Butt and 8lb Point. Started it at 6 PM last night at 230 and pulled the Point to day at 1130 AM and the butt at 1:00 PM. Both are enjoying a nice FTC for a while. More pics to come when I serve.

I don't know who you know but I would hit them up for points til they decide too stop selling.  What a great score.
Those protein meteorites look great.  Your friends will be justly rewarded.
    Congrats.

Local butcher here will separate the point from the flat , however its 5.99 a lb!!! They will even do it with SRF but it gets pricey.

Great deal with your butcher but upon instant review perhaps you should enjoy the point as a stand-alone banquet next time.  ;)  Great results regardless.
