Simple smoked thighs.

Smoked some thighs indirect at 260 to internal temp of 170. Sprinkled with Weber Salt Free Chicken Seasoning and used apple chips for smoke. Very tender and exceptionally moist and flavorful. Thanks for looking.

I find chicken parts too small/plentiful to probe with a leave in (looks like the Thermaworks Smoke). I prefer the Thermapen for chicken and faster cooking proteins.Plymouth, MN
